I never felt like I was alone or couldn't ask for help. They also didn't seem to mind having conversations about anything either. Everybody was real cool. Even the people @ check-in when you're checking into the hospital. Very accommodating, willing to answer any & all questions. Very helpful. Very nice. I'm very grateful & thankful my procedure was done here & to all who were @ my beck & call for a couple day's ☺. Much gratitude. Much appreciated. Great customer service. Thank you. - Ms. Badu Phillips said,giving a rating of 3 out of 5, I have no problem with the staff, they have always treated me good when I can't get to the VA hospital. But why do your employees have to endure going to work without proper working air conditioning. Vegas summers can be brutal. I have a photos of the thermostat from a couple friends. Mid-day it's over 100° outside and your employees room temp is 84° and it's not even summer yet. This is unacceptable. Just because they are not Dr's and nurses, they are still a valuable asset to your hospital. My next complaint will be to corporate. - about quality of their Hospital service in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.
