The techs (except for the ultrasound tech-she could use some help with bedside manner) and young man who transported me to my CT scan were great and made me feel comfortable. The nurses were okay, some were better than others. I am currently breastfeeding and was in the ER for about 5-6 hours and repeatedly asked for a breast pump. They continued to tell me it was coming, but I did not receive one until 30 minutes before my surgery. By that time I was fully engorged and ended up developing mastitis. Luckily, the OR nurses took great care of me and provided me with ice packs and made sure I was able to pump as much as I could before and after surgery. Overall, not a bad experience here, just wish some things were better taken care of. - James W. Storey said,giving a rating of 5 out of 5, A+ ! The best thing about this hospital is the security. Not seen one like this where they require photo ID (they scan it) in order to gain access to the rest of the hospital. Everywhere should do this.
Hospital is clean and well organized although one major downside are the signs... it’s easy to get lost in the labyrinth. They have mobile charging stations in waiting rooms which is a A great service for those waiting around.
