They allowed her husband to stay with her but I am sitting in a cold waiting room at 11:00 pm instead of being with my only daughter while she is in labor with her fifth child. I don't want to leave her here as anything could happen with her and the baby.
In the room was a nice comfortable recliner and a sofa where I could have rested after driving more than 200 miles to be here with her. I don't call this hospitality or family friendly. On the other hand I thought the staff was very professional and courteous and helpful in every way. - Paula Pierce said,giving a rating of 5 out of 5, My 85 year old father in law had surgery at Houston Methodist Hospital downtown during the pandemic and everyone there was very nice & helpful during his stay. He staid in the new Walter Tower building which is new and state of the art!
