I went to their office and told a staff that I came here to collect a mobile phone. But they did not do anything. I stood 30 minute front of them because there was no chair . After talking their personal talk , they try to find my recipt . But they did not get the recipt. They checked my phone sms and call information , and again tried to find the recipt . After 20 minute they did not find the receipt .still I stood front of them . Then he told his computer operator and created an another recipt . Around 75 minute i have spend on their office . Some stupid people work this courier service.. The sundarban authority should take some step against their stupid staff - about quality of their Courier service service in Savar Union.
