People who have availed different services from Shaw's Steakhouse before said, We ordered the mixed grill platter for two. It costed 3792 Taka including 15% vat and 10% service charge.
In this platter only one beef steak was given.
The beef steak was very good but the lamb chops were raw and one of the lamb chop was full of fat, no meat at all. When we informed them,they said they can't do anything, and they also don't recommend lamb to the customers too,but they didn’t inform us while ordering and didn’t change or offered any other meat. And it is said that the platter is for two,where the side item is not enough , even for one person. And they took vat on service charges too, it seemed totally unfair to me.
I would say they were very unprofessional! - about quality of their Steak house service in Dhaka.
