- Christina Dragonetti said,giving a rating of 1 out of 5, Arrived with vomiting, intense pain, and vertigo, they parked me in a hallway in a wheelchair (along with 3 other patients), and promised someone would come to take blood for tests. Then they ignored us completely. My husband stopped someone from time to time asking when they would do anything and they kept saying "soon." We were told that ambulance cases got priority and those kept coming in. Another staff member rolled their eyes at him, and when he got angry, they miraculously found a room and a nurse for me (this was after 2 hours in the hallway.) I was given fluids, medication, and they drew blood but I never saw which tests they did or the results. They kept promising to do a CT scan but unless my husband tracked down a nurse they wouldn't talk to us. After 5 hours there, the manager suggested it would be at least another couple of hours so we left. We never saw a doctor. This wasn't my first "wait forever" ER experience, but it was one of the worst. - allante chapple said,giving a rating of 5 out of 5, I have never been impressed by an emergency room.
