People who have availed different services from HungryNaki before shared their opinion - Ehsan Mostafa said,giving a rating of 1 out of 5, On January 20, 2021, I ordered from Chillox at 7 pm. Helpline called and said there can be a delay and they'll try their best. They said it would take 1.30 hours max to deliver. I kept waiting. And every time I checked my estimated time it increased by 5 minutes. for THREE HOURS!!

I called the helpline multiple times. they didn't pick up my call. I called the assigned delivery guy. he didn't pick up my call. I gave up hope of getting the food.

BUT just when I thought I would not get anything and I was about to have home dinner at 10pm, the delivery guy arrived. 10PM!! And the food was cold!

This is UNACCEPTABLE. for many reasons. If I knew there would be so much delay I wouldn't have ordered. 3HOURS! Too much. And the delivery guy didn't even give me a valid reason for being late. He was just careless.

Hugely disappointed.
