The nurses and staff have a built in sense of care and genuine love for what they do. The cafeteria food can be hit or miss. Some days the menu can be a real surprise, like this huge chocolate chip cookie they baked today.

They are baking these cookies more often and they are always delicious and thick! But I am certainly going to give it a shot because it is well deserved as the staff from the doctors to the nurses to the technicians to the administration to the maintenance and everybody else I came into contact we're very professional, and excellent at their jobs, but in my case most importantly extremely loving and considerate!
I am a transgender woman and right away they acknowledged me and refered to me only by female pronouns. That is very important to someone like me. I was very frightened when I came in as I couldn't breathe and I was in tears and scared for my life. And it was only minutes before I knew I was in good hands and felt loved and cared for and under fabulous care.
