1) They only provide products service warranty, but no parts warranty. it might help seller to give a cheap rate, but for a long run it won't create customer reliability.
at-least one year parts warranty can create customer satisfaction. (you really need to work with that)

2) they don't have home delivery service. they will charge you extra.

Good thing about them which i like most, they are very responsive and truthful of there products. which now a day is a big thing. - Dr. M Morshed said,giving a rating of 4 out of 5, Alhamdulillah its a good place for electronics goods i.e.AC, TV, Speaker etc. They offer warranty with products. I've purchased a Sony 43" smart tv from here 1 day ago. Hope for the best. - about quality of their Appliance store service in Dhaka.
