But staff at the counter is quite annoying. I have been waiting for around 1 hour to send 1kg (780gm more appropriately) parcel, though there was no other customer at that time. The counter staff was literally throwing the parcel bag on weight machine for several times. That weight machine didn’t work for no reason about 5 min at the beginning.
Quite expensive and globally recognized organization with such less trained and in-experienced staff. Dont know how they are running.
