People who have availed different services from BayCare Alliant Hospital before shared their opinion - Vickie Jackson said,giving a rating of 1 out of 5, Please do not take your loved ones to this rehabilitation hospital. We took our Dad there in the middle of June with respiratory issues and the need to be on oxygen. He has never been in the hospital Even though he is 89 years older. Myself and my siblings are from California so we were not there everyday to watch his care. Well while we were there they acted like they cared. But as soon as you leave they neglect your loved ones. He took a turn for the worse and we flew back to Florida to check on him. Well we were there two days and very little care was given to him so we decided to move hm which we were always told was our right. Well we got his primary doctor to agree. Then we were already to move him then they said we needed to wait well we wanted him moved now. The hospital made us sign a release not holding them responsible. We signed and the heard nurse Joyce told us to call 911 and ask for a ambulance which we did. Once the ambulance got there the administrator came from nowhere and told us we could not take our Dad out of there. She even called the Sheriff on me to stop us from transferring our Dad to Morton Plant Hospital. I talked to the Sheriff once he got there and they said the hospital wanted to charge me with Trespassing!!! Crazy!! I just wanted the best care for my Dad. It’s like a prison there with. Do not bring your loved ones there.!! - Bethany Collett said,giving a rating of 1 out of 5, I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. This facility had horrible service to both patients and patients families. They have ZERO communication skills. They’re rude when you call in to check on your family member. I can’t think of a worse place for my grandpa to have been at. He was at this “rehab facility” for just under 2 weeks and got therapy for a total of 4 days. This place is such a joke.
